If you have not received a tracking number via E-Mail
There's a good chance you order has yet to ship. You will receive an E-Mail with tracking information when your order is packaged up, ready to head out the door. Please note that it may take the carrier up to 24 Hours to update their tracking after that point.
If you have a tracking number, and your tracking has stopped updating
Please contact the carrier with tracking related questions as we have no additional insight beyond what you can see by clicking your tracking link. Do note that USPS First-Class International offers no guaranteed tracking and Standard International may offer no tracking at all.
If your tracking shows no updates beyond the label created and it's been more than 2 Business Days
Did you place your order using First-Class International or Standard International? These services do not offer tracking. You might get lucky with a scan on First-Class International, but are unlikely to see any movement on Standard International shipments. If you used another service and it wasn't on or before a holiday, shoot us an E-Mail and we'll look into it.
